Four-year students of such higher education institutions do their internship at JSC "Trust Koksokhimmontazh" divisions, most of them continue working at the Company after graduating from their institutes. Professional growth of the personnel is stimulated by a wage differentiation system. Newly employed personnel of JSC "Trust Koksokhimmontazh" undergoes training at training facilities where already working staff can also improve its proficiency.
With respect to employee qualification, special attention is paid to welding engineering and welders' attestation by NACWP (National Agency of Welding Control).
