Barnaul Metallurgmontazh expands its product range

 The new products of the company "Barnaul Metallurgmontazh" will be used not only at construction sites in the Altai Territory, but also at large facilities in Siberia, the Urals, central Russia and of course the Arctic. The most important thing is that localization of the entire production cycle has been achieved at the enterprise, and the fulfillment of orders will no longer depend on the supply of components from third–party organizations.

 Alexander Meshcheryakov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Barnaul Metallurgmontazh, notes that the demand for modern metal structures is stable and continues to grow. "There are enough industrial construction projects today and sometimes there are unscheduled orders from leading Russian companies. And modern construction does not tolerate a long swing. The terms of construction of facilities are being shortened, and contractors should be ready to quickly mobilize and start construction. That is why in different regions of the country the company Koksokhimmontazh opens the production of the necessary components," he stressed.

 Various metal structures are manufactured in Barnaul using modern equipment, including laser cutting, which allows achieving high accuracy and quality of each element. Further, the finished structures after the welding shop are sent for shot blasting, thanks to which they are cleaned of scale and corrosion products, and acquire the necessary roughness. After that, the final painting of the metal structures is carried out.

 "The launch of a new production today is not only the purchase and installation of the necessary equipment, and the modernization of the workshop. This is, first of all, an increase in the number of jobs, the involvement of qualified specialized specialists, the introduction of a process automation system and a system of social guarantees for employees," Alexander Meshcheryakov said at the opening.
