That is why on the territory of the Uralmetallurgmontazh enterprise, the traditional day of industrial safety was already held, aimed at strengthening knowledge on labor protection in a playful way. This year four teams took part in the competition: "Trust Koksokhimmontazh", "KHM Artik" and two teams from the production enterprise "Central Procurement Workshops".
The program of the event consisted of several competitions, which included a theoretical test of knowledge on the rules of occupational safety and industrial safety, as well as practical skills in first aid, the use of personal protective equipment, work at height and fire fighting. The participants once again proved by personal example that they have excellent knowledge in all areas and successfully apply them. Distinguished specialists received valuable prizes and medals at the award ceremony.
Modern industry is becoming more and more technologically advanced. As a result, the occupational health and safety management system is also improving its rules and requires strict compliance with them at all industrial facilities. Events of this kind, such as labor safety days, are a great opportunity for team building, as well as increasing involvement in industrial safety and motivating employees to comply with rules that allow them to maintain health at work.
