“Petroleum Residue Recycling Complex. Start-Up Stage I. Delayed Coking Unit with capacity of 21-20 mln tons per year” was launched in Perm with participation of Vagit Yusufovich Alekperov, President of PJSC "LUKOIL", Arkady Vladimirovich Dvorkovich Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation and Viktor Fedorovich Basargin, Governor of the Perm Territory.
The facility constructed in the territory of Lukoil-Permnefteorgsintez consists of two units - Delayed Coking Unit and Diesel Fractions Hydrotreating Unit. Today we are sure of completion of the biggest industrial facility construction project in the region and in the country. The starting up of the complex means a fundamentally new level of oil refining ratio – 98 percent. The complex construction is a major contribution in the region economy and industry.
While starting the project Koksokhimmontazh comprehended the purposes and tasks set by the Customer – to increase production of Euro 5 Diesel and coke grades popular on the market without increasing environmental load. Equally important was job creation for the region community. Since March 2013 construction and installation works including materials and equipment delivery have been carried out in the construction site of JSC "Trust Koksokhimmontazh". Normative time limit for construction of this unique facility is more than 5 years. Trust Koksokhimmontazh was assigned to construct and launch the unit within shortened time-lines – 2,5 years.
Today Lukoil-Permnefteorgsintez is one of the most advanced oil refiners in Russia using high-technology. As for the new complex, its starting increases Euro 5 Diesel production by more than one million tons per year.
