Student group in the Arctic or "Back to the Future"
On August 23, 2019, 20 young people from the Nenets Vocational School and the Nenets Agricultural and Economic College named after V.G. Volkov returned from an industrial internship, which they took place at one of the facilities of the Arctic region of the company "Trust Koksokhimmontazh" JSC
They participated in the pilot project "Polar Detachment", as part of the career guidance and employment prospects program. The project was implemented with the assistance of the Governor of the Nenets Region.
Young people have gained good production experience and proved themselves to be responsible and executive employees who perform all the duties assigned to them with full dedication and great enthusiasm.
According to the organizer of the trip, the Polar Detachment project will become an annual one, and its geography will expand, attracting more and more young people to the ranks of builders.
"I am glad that the guys' eyes are burning, that they have the opportunity to prove themselves in real work conditions. The company Koksokhimmontazh will turn 89 in September, a rather respectable age, but it has always been focused on the spike of a young inquisitive mind and solid experience of its employees. Only such synergy allows us to bring the most innovative ideas and technologies to life. The company's doors are always open for the younger generation. To date, the Coke Chemical Repair team is full of young, promising, ambitious employees who are ready to grow and develop together with the company," he said.
