Trust Koksokhimmontazh took part in the creation of a new gas infrastructure at the Novoportovskoye field

The Koksokhimmontazh Trust has completed the construction of the main infrastructure facilities of the gas processing plant at the Novoportovsky NGCM Gazprom Neft, which includes two booster compressor stations, low-temperature separation units of PG, gas pumping units ND and SD, as well as a low-temperature condensation of associated petroleum gas.

For the timely implementation of such a large-scale and technologically complex project, JSC "Trust Koksokhimmontazh" attracted up to 1,500 specialists of various professions, mobilized more than 40 units of lifting equipment, including cranes on the road with a lifting capacity from 50 tons to 160 tons. This made it possible to complete the construction of priority facilities in just two years. More than 9 thousand tons of metal structures were installed, more than 250 thousand inch-diameters of technological pipelines were welded and tens of thousands of kilometers of cable and wire products were laid.
Sergey Fufaev, General Director of the Koksokhimmontazh Trust, noted that "A systematic approach to the organization of capital construction, jointly built by highly qualified specialists of Gazpromneft-Razvitiya, Gazpromneft-Yamal and Trust KHM JSC, made it possible to ensure the timely readiness of the infrastructure, and to supply gas to the unified gas supply system of the Yamburg —Tula main gas pipeline, which in the foreseeable future will contribute to the further stable development of the region for the benefit of the Motherland."
Gazprom Neft's Novoportovskoye field, located in the Arctic latitudes of the Yamal Peninsula, is one of the largest in the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District, where NovyPort grade oil is produced. An important feature of the field is the high gas factor.
For the comprehensive development of the resource base of the southern part of the Arctic peninsula and ensuring the most efficient development of all types and categories of reserves: oil, condensate, natural and associated petroleum gas, Gazprom Neft is implementing a unique infrastructure project "Yamal Gas". It includes the construction of a gas processing plant with a capacity of 15.5 billion m3 per year and an underwater Arctic gas pipeline with a capacity of 20 billion m3 per year, which was put into operation on December 8, 2021. The gas pipeline connected the production facilities of the Yamal Peninsula with the Yamburg–Tula gas transmission line.
