The State Duma assessed import substitution at the NOVATEK project in the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District

 The State Duma Committee on Energy gave an example of successful work on import substitution of NOVATEK's subsidiary in the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District. The share of domestic equipment in the production of Yamal-LNG is 80%. This was reported by the news agency ura.ru

 Yamal-LNG is the largest Arctic infrastructure project in the world. Trust Koksokhimmontazh has built entrance facilities for Yamal-LNG, installed 9896.15 tons of metal structures, more than 88 thousand meters of pipelines, built a tank farm with a capacity of 150 thousand cubic meters, installed inter-shop overpasses; built fire-fighting water storage tanks, tanks of a complex of treatment facilities, a water treatment complex, as well as a gas supply complex for pilot facilities. The first LNG shipment took place in Yamal in 2018.
