Launch of the first stage of the DCS at the Samburgskoye field
In May 2017, JSC ARKTIKGAS commissioned the first stage of the DCS at the Samburgskoye field with a capacity of 48 MW, which exceeds the capacity of standard installations by about 3 times. In addition, there is another feature: the installation is designed to compress two types of gas at once – the Valanginsky and Achimov deposits of the Samburgsky licensed site.
It is also necessary to note the high degree of automation of the technological process, which in turn affects the safety of the process and allows you to optimize the number of service personnel.
The general contractor for the implementation of the project was JSC "Trust Koksokhimmontazh". The work was carried out for a little more than a year: from April 2016 to August 2017, in 14 months, Trust Koksokhimmontazh JSC manufactured 3,350 tons of metal structures at its plants and installed them in the conditions of the far North, 1,488 tons of pipelines were laid. The volume of concrete works amounted to 900 m3. At the peak of the project, the number of staff was more than 1,000 people. Despite the tight construction deadlines in the harsh conditions of the far North, the priority when performing construction and installation work for JSC ARKTIKGAS and JSC Trust Koksokhimmontazh is always the SAFETY and HEALTH of employees, which is given special attention.
Commissioning of the DCS on schedule is the result of the work of a close–knit and professional team of JSC "Articgaz" and JSC "Trust Koksokhimmontazh", a team that has successfully solved the tasks of building facilities for many years.
