The construction of the Harbin oil and gas condensate field has been completed
Harbeyskoye oil and gas condensate field (NGCM) The North-Russian cluster has started pilot operation of gas condensate deposits in the mode of commissioning under load.
Opening in 2015. The Harbeyskoye oil and gas condensate field is located in the North Russian license area in the Tazovsky District of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug and is being developed by NOVATEK-Tarkosaleneftegaz.
In 1.5 years, the construction of an integrated gas treatment plant, a condensate deethanization plant, and a booster compressor station has been completed. More than 19,000 thousand piles were loaded, cable products were laid with a length of 964.12 km, more than 14,000 tons of metal structures were installed, more than 290,000 d/d of technological pipelines were welded.
According to the General Director of JSC "Trust Koksokhimmontazh", which is the general contractor, the tight construction deadlines had to be maintained, despite the Arctic negative temperatures. "Due to the lack of year-round logistics to ensure the delivery of material and technical resources to the construction site, KHM specialists have worked out all possible options for accelerating the production of equipment, metal structures, pipe products and ZRA, and also distributed priorities in the delivery of priority MTR." - said Sergey Fufaev.
The harsh Arctic climate no less dictated the need for serious care of infrastructure for workers. For this purpose, a temporary residential complex with 1,600 seats was built. Auxiliary facilities have been erected, including a licensed medical center, a bath and laundry complex, gyms, canteens and a store. "Trust Koksokhimmontazh" applied the so-called chess principle of construction organization, which allows minimizing the simultaneous production of related works and significantly increasing labor productivity.
